Here is a short summary of what happened in court yesterday. We agreed that Par Golf could have a short extension of time to respond to our summary judgment motion which we believe will decide the case and determine that there is no enforceable contract with Par Golf.

The judge was interested in determining whether the motion filed for the second time by Ms. Patton was part of the claims made in the lawsuit. It plainly is not since the facts and issues arose well after Ms. Patton's complaint was filed. The judge asked the attorneys to discuss the issue between themselves and get back with the court on February 17. At that time he will decide whether or not to even consider this latest motion. The February 17 meeting with the judge is not meant to be a hearing on the motion in question.
