The Deed Restrictions of our Glenmary community have been interpreted and supported since the inception to not allow soliciting of any type in the community. Signs are posted at all entrances, which are in the process of being replaced since they are faded. Food trucks are considered a form of solicitation and would not be allowed in Glenmary despite any type of permitting. 

The Deed Restrictions for Section One Article 14 disallow the operation of a business. Section 7 addresses habitually parking on the street. 

Changes to the Deed Restrictions requires a 75% vote of approval by all sections of Glenmary so this process is very stringent and unlikely to be successful. 

Please bear in mind that these restrictions were written in incorporation of the community's governing documents  and all lot owners agree to abide by them when they purchase property in this community.
