The annual Glenmary HOA meeting is coming up in early October as required by our governing documents. The time and place of this meeting is being established and will be posted on this website (www.glenmary-hoa.com) as soon as it is confirmed. This year there will be three board position open for candidates. If you are interested, qualified and willing to support our community through this voluntary part time position, please put together a bio and submit to the Secretary of the HOA no later than 9/1/19 in order to be included in the mailing of the proxy voting forms that will be sent to all lot owners.

This deadline is required by the Bylaws to insure that the proxies, the bios and the mailings can be sent out and received prior to the annual meeting. As always, there will still be the option of showing up at the annual meeting to cast your votes.
