Glenmary Residents,

We have the annual process for our Glenmary neighborhood of conducting the annual election and the annual meeting as required by our bylaws. This process includes an alternating number of open HOA Board positions each year. There is a total of 7 positions and we elect 3 one year and 4 on the next year. For this October 2020 Election, 4 board positions are open for candidate nominations.

All residents “in good standing” are welcome to self-nominate for one of these open positions as outlined in our bylaws. The first step to nominate yourself as a candidate is to prepare and submit a personal bio in Microsoft Word format, which will be included with the mailing of proxy ballots to all residents “in good standing”.

The deadline for having these bios received by the Secretary of the HOA is 9/1/20. Please mail your bio to Glenmary HOA, PO Box 91151, Louisville, KY 40291 asap in order to allow time for delivery. This requirement is driven by the time required to prepare, print and mail the election packages.

If you are interested and have the right skills and experience please consider nominating. These positions currently do require a considerable commitment of time and effort so please be aware before nominating.
