Glenmary Residents,

Each year the Glenmary Bylaws require the HOA President to nominate an Election Chairperson to preside over the election process. This position, as in years past, includes careful review of each vote for signatures by the property owners listed on the Jefferson County record and creating a voting record. This chairperson is a Glenmary resident who has done this assignment before with integrity.  

The address listed on the return envelope which is included in the election packet is for a PO Box which is reserved specifically for our election. The only person with access to this PO Box is the election chairperson. No HOA board member has access or will touch any voting proxy.  The completed record will be kept securely stored for any future concerns.

 

I hope this explanation clears up any rumors that has been circulating.
