Architecture Requests / Modifications -

Being a deed restricted community, it’s extremely important and a requirement to have any significant project approved by the Property Manager.  This would include, but not limited to projects such as installing a fence, extending a driveway, building a deck, adding a sunroom, building a pool, etc.  Sometimes there are additional approvals needed by the city as well.  The property manager will do all they can to assist you in the process and make sure the job is done correctly.  Failure to comply with this requirement could lead to additional expenses and at worst litigation should the project not be in compliance with the deed restrictions.  Play it safe and always get approval first.
